We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Group) to lead and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands/business units. The role requires strong expertise in E-commerce and Performance Marketing, along with proven leadership skills to build, guide, and scale a high-performing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and ROI-focused digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute group-level digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and manage annual digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI
  • Drive E-commerce growth through data-driven campaigns and funnel optimization

E-commerce & Performance Marketing

  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other paid channels
  • Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Oversee website performance, landing pages, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Monitor analytics, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and insights

Brand & Digital Presence

  • Oversee social media, content strategy, email marketing, and digital brand communication
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated campaigns

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team (in-house and/or agencies)
  • Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and support skill development
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven team culture

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and business impact
  • Present insights, recommendations, and improvement plans to senior management
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in E-commerce and Performance Marketing
  • Proven experience managing multi-brand or group-level digital strategies
  • Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong understanding of digital metrics and KPIs
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time
