Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, working with key stakeholders inside the marketing team and with adjacent functions (sales leadership, product marketing, marketing peers, and senior leadership team) to align objectives.


  • Find the most efficient techniques, channels and optimizations to support the marketing team to exceed targets for the channel – trials, ARPU at initial signup, retention, CAC payback.


  • work closely with the customer journey and digital marketing team, bring a growth hacking mindset to the role, always looking for opportunities to optimize the conversion funnel.


  • Drive content and social media marketing strategy including thought leadership, brand building and demand generation campaigns.


  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally


  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insight


  • Partner with the digital teams, AI/AA CoE to create differentiated solutions that leverage performance media and/or new innovations in marketing technology.


  • Take ownership of the marketing automation stack (eg. Hubspot) including data/customer protection and consent, to make every digital interaction count


  • Work with our analytics team to lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs.


  • Lead, motivate and nurture a team of talented digital experts in KSA, partnering with other global and regional teams to ensure we get the most out of a global and regional operating mode
  • Present and effectively communicate marketing strategy to the executive team and the board.


  • Evolve and enhance the company’s analytics and split-testing capabilities by using current tools and implementing new tools that will help identify critical information used to drive business decisions. Tools include, but are not limited to, platforms, data sources, and attribution models.


Qualifications


  • 5+ year of marketing experience
  • BSc degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
  • Demonstrable record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth Industry
  • Experience with marketing automation and programmatic digital platforms.
  • Experience of using a Marketing Automation tools
