Digital Marketing Manager

. This role focuses on driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and brand visibility among
corporate clients, HR teams, and decision-makers

Industry experience in B2B education or corporate training is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies targeting corporate and enterprise clients

Drive lead generation for corporate training, upskilling, and learning solutions

Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta with a B2B focus

Build and optimize funnels for B2B lead qualification and conversion

Oversee content marketing, email campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact

Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to align on lead quality and targets

Manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies or vendors
Requirements

5+ years of digital marketing experience

Direct experience in B2B marketing for education, training providers, corporate learning, or edtech (mandatory)

Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lead scoring, and CRM systems

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and performance marketing

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills

Experience managing teams or agencies is a plus
