Job Overview:

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.


Key Responsibilities:

1- Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss strategic direction.

2- Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

3- Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and media, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.

4- Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and progress to clients.
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
