digital marketing manager

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving qualified traffic, and generating leads or sales through data-driven digital strategies.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and performance analysis, along with the ability to collaborate closely with content, design, sales, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email, display, and content marketing
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend and ROI
  • Oversee website performance, conversion optimization, and user experience improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or vendors
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing platforms
  • Experience with social media advertising and email marketing tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
