Position Overview
We are a growing small company seeking a hands-on, full-time Digital Marketing Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for executing and managing our digital marketing strategies, online presence, and related reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-team environment, is highly organized, and enjoys owning outcomes, not just completing tasks. Strategic direction, content guidance, and final approvals will come from executive management; execution, consistency, and day-to-day ownership will be the responsibility of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Reporting & Analytics
- Create and distribute weekly website visitor “Leadinfo” reports to the field sales team
- Prepare a monthly online performance report presentation for management using Google and Bing data
- Track trends and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and visibility
Social Media & Online Presence
- Manage the company’s current LinkedIn account, including:
- Publishing posts approximately twice per week
- Managing the associated social media budget
- Working from content and direction provided by executive management
- Create and manage the company’s Facebook account, including setup, posting, and ongoing maintenance
- Manage the company’s current YouTube channel, including:
- Uploading and organizing videos at the direction of executive management
- Manage/maximize the annual YouTube budget
Website & Content Management
- Publish weekly or bi-weekly strategic blog posts to the company website using content and guidance from management to support the company’s SEO strategy
- Perform minor website updates and changes quarterly
- Support periodic updates to data sheets and company brochures
- Create new brochures/datasheets using the company’s existing format periodically
Email Marketing (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with executive management to create quarterly marketing emails
- Manage segmentation and HubSpot
- Maintain accuracy and organization of customer email lists
- HubSpot marketing experience is required
· Monitor and manage all incoming emails and website contact form submissions, and ensure that all inquiries are promptly routed to the appropriate salesperson
Graphic & Creative Support
- Provide ongoing basic graphic design support, including graphics for customer banner orders. This is a small task, about once per week.
- Assist with visual consistency across digital and print materials
Growth & Initiative
- Proactively bring ideas, recommendations, and suggested improvements to maximize:
- Lead generation
- Brand awareness
- Engagement across digital platforms
- Stay current with basic digital marketing best practices and tools
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) for a business
- Hands-on HubSpot marketing experience (required)
- Comfortable with basic website edits
- An understanding of analytics tools (Google, Bing, website traffic reporting) and the ability to interpret the data, and report the results to executive management
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop experience required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing responsibilities independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,000.00 per year
