SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive guest engagement, brand awareness, and revenue for Lake of the Torches Resort Casino. This role oversees all digital channels, including email, social media, website content, SEO/SEM, display and programmatic advertising, and analytics. The Manager collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, and creative resources to deliver compelling, data-driven digital campaigns that enhance the guest experience and support the property’s marketing objectives.
This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring technical expertise, creativity, and analytical skills. The position requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours to support campaigns, on-property events, content creation, and other time-sensitive marketing initiatives, including occasional holidays or short-notice assignments. General Responsibilities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: May provide guidance or coordination support to marketing designers, analysts, coordinators, specialists, or interns as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Director of Marketing.
POSITION RELATIONSHIPS:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or casino environments is required. Proven experience managing email campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, display/programmatic advertising, and analytics is required. Experience with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and analytics/reporting tools is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, tools, and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and digital advertising platforms. Must be able to manage, maintain confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy and tact. Must maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations as necessary.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to be licensed by the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Gaming Commission.

OTHER: Must attend all mandatory meetings and departmental training and development sessions.
