Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee content creation efforts, including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite tools, and content management system updates on platforms like WordPress.
  • Optimize website performance through conversion optimization techniques, A/B testing, and user experience enhancements.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to generate insights that inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels while maintaining a focus on B2B (business-to-business) marketing objectives.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, emerging platforms, and new technologies such as JavaScript or SQL for data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on SEO tools, SEM (Google AdWords), social media management, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and the use of SEO tools.
  • Skilled in content creation—copywriting for web content, blogs, email campaigns—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and content publishing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Technical skills including HTML, CSS; familiarity with JavaScript or SQL is a plus for data analysis or website adjustments.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns for performance marketing goals such as conversions and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences in B2B contexts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay: $48,333.48 - $58,208.06 per year
