Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media, paid advertising, and growth strategies for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, content planning, and analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Plan, create, and manage content calendars for multiple clients
• Write engaging captions and coordinate creatives with the design team
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and handle community management

Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns to improve leads, sales, and conversions
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audience targeting
• Manage ad budgets and improve ROAS

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key metrics such as engagement, CTR, CPL, and ROI
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations

SEO & Growth

• Assist with on-page SEO and keyword research
• Optimize Google Business Profiles for clients
• Support website traffic and organic growth initiatives

Strategy & Research

• Conduct competitor analysis
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities
• Suggest innovative campaign ideas and content strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Understanding of marketing funnels

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding of branding and positioning

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory for skilled candidates).
