About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Ads (AdWords) to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services, with a strong emphasis on driving traffic, improving search rankings, and maximizing ROI on paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies with a primary focus on SEO and Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitive analysis to improve organic search visibility.
  • Plan and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and retargeting ads.
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve SERP rankings.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce SEO-friendly content and high-performing ad creatives.
  • Manage digital budgets, optimize ad spend, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page enhancements.
  • Generate performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google marketing platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
