Innovaxis Marketing (https://www.innovaxisinc.com) is seeking a digitally savvy, high-performing leader with WordPress, e-commerce, and CRM/marketing automation experience to lead client execution and manage two team members and external resources, accelerating the growth of our clients and us.

This is the right opportunity for you if you:

• Can develop and design a WordPress website without a builder
• Have implemented WooCommerce
• Can rework and optimize websites on a variety of CMS platforms (especially WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, SquareSpace, and Wix)
• Are proficient at using CRM and marketing automation systems (especially HubSpot and Zoho)
• Can learn new systems and solve problems on your own
• Want to be client-facing (critically important)
• Have the patience to train and develop junior team members
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

You must be able to work on the North Side of Chicago 1-2 days per week without any special work permission, relocation or excessive commuting time. This is not a remote position.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead two team members and outside resources
• Design and develop new websites in WordPress and WooCommerce, marketing collateral, and advertising
• Build out blog posts, web pages, emails, and social media (content is provided by our copywriting team)
• Utilize marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo)
• Leverage a wide variety of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google, Moz)
• Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimization (SEO)
• Work with Google Ads and other pay-per-click (PPC) digital advertising
• Track, report and analyze website analytics, initiatives and campaigns for clients
• Assist with various client tasks as they arise (flexibility is required - no two days are the same)
• Work directly with clients
• Utilize AI to increase efficiency for all of the above

Requirements

• 4-6 years+ of digital marketing experience
• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce (Shopify is also preferred)
• Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is a strong plus
• Experience with InDesign and Canva is preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail
• An ability to quickly learn a wide variety of new digital tools is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
