Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute performance-focused digital campaigns that drive patient leads, increase brand awareness, and foster revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in healthcare marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for Spine, Joint, Sports Injury, Aesthetic & Wellness services
  • Allocate and manage monthly digital marketing budgets effectively
  • Track ROI and performance metrics across all channels

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns
  • Implement remarketing strategies to improve patient conversion rates
  • Drive measurable growth in leads, bookings, and revenue
  • Monitor CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and campaign performance

Website & SEO

  • Oversee website performance, landing pages, and lead funnels
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and local search rankings
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles across clinic locations

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & other tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead the digital creative and marketing team
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
  • Knowledge of SEO, Local SEO & Website Optimization
  • Experience in healthcare or clinic marketing preferred
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Budget planning & ROI management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Healthcare industry experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of generating quality leads
