Digital Marketing Manager

BoltsandNuts.com is seeking a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth initiatives. In this role, you will own the marketing engine from strategy through execution, with a strong focus on brand awareness, conversion optimization, and performance-driven advertising. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and has a strong eye for design.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities across the funnel, with a focus on increasing conversions and customer lifetime value.

Campaign Management

  • Lead multi-channel marketing programs across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, etc.).
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and performance benchmarks for all campaigns.

Content, Brand & Design

  • Oversee creation of engaging, on-brand content for web, social, email, and product pages.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Produce or direct graphic design assets, including social graphics, ads, landing page visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain high-quality creative standards using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Data & Analytics

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ads, and email flows.

Advertising & Growth

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social and web advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and performance-based ad strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to support revenue targets and product launches.
  • Align marketing initiatives with inventory, promotions, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 3–5+ years in a marketing role with proven success running multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in e‑commerce or B2B marketing is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager
  • Email automation tools (Shopify)
  • SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
  • CRM and reporting dashboards

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
