Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in paid advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads), video editing, and graphic design. This role requires both strategic thinking and execution skills to drive brand growth, lead generation, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
• Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan, execute, and monitor PPC, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
• Create engaging visual content including graphics, ad creatives, and marketing materials
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for ads, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with the sales and content teams to align marketing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
• Proficiency in video editing tools e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
• Proficiency in graphic design tools e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics
• Experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,463.89 - ₹25,730.62 per month
