Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that elevate brand positioning in the luxury interiors segment. The role requires strong storytelling skills, aesthetic sensibility, and experience in premium/luxury marketing.
The candidate will ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms—digital, print, showroom, events, and partnerships—while driving engagement with architects, designers, HNI clients, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Positioning & Strategy
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with luxury brand positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across furniture, modular kitchens, interior furnishings, and door categories.
- Strengthen premium perception through refined storytelling and curated content.
2. Content & Communication Development
- Create compelling brand narratives, brochures, catalogues, website content, and product descriptions.
- Develop high-impact presentations for architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Oversee copywriting for digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Maintain a refined tone aligned with luxury aesthetics.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Lead content planning and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for photoshoots, video shoots, and campaign visuals.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize communication strategy accordingly.
4. PR & Events
- Coordinate media outreach and PR initiatives in design, lifestyle, and architecture publications.
- Plan and manage luxury showroom events, product launches, exhibitions, and architect meets.
- Build strategic collaborations with influencers, designers, and industry partners.
5. Marketing Collaterals & Visual Identity
- Supervise design and production of luxury brochures, catalogues, signage, and in-store branding.
- Ensure all communication materials reflect premium quality and consistency.
- Work closely with design and merchandising teams for product storytelling.
6. CRM & Client Communication
- Develop targeted email marketing campaigns for architects, HNI clients, and repeat buyers.
- Create personalized communication journeys aligned with luxury customer expectations.
Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury retail, interior brands, furniture, or premium lifestyle segments
- Experience working with architects/interior designers is preferred
