Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & optimize Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube)
• Lead Generation & ROI optimization
• Achieve monthly revenue & lead targets
• CRM integration & funnel tracking
• Oversee content writers, video editor & creative team
• Retargeting & performance analytics

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & social media advertising
• Target-oriented with leadership skills
• Experience in healthcare/wellness preferred
