Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the next generation of digital excellence for our agents and offices. 🌐 About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for agents and offices seeking guidance on social media, digital strategy, and emerging marketing tools. You’ll play a critical role in helping agents elevate their personal brands, strengthen their online presence, and build meaningful engagement with clients.

This role blends hands-on content creation , training and education , advisory support , and cross-functional collaboration —all while helping shape the digital direction of a powerhouse real estate brand.


🚀 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Digital Support

  • Serve as the primary digital and social media resource for agents and offices, offering day‑to‑day guidance and support.
  • Advise agents on best practices for social media, digital marketing, and effective brand execution.

Content Creation & Campaign Support

  • Create and curate engaging digital content—including posts, captions, templates, and campaign ideas—for agent and office use.
  • Film and edit short‑form, social-first video content aligned with brand strategy and agent needs.

Training & Enablement

  • Lead live, virtual, and on‑demand training sessions focused on digital marketing, social media, branding, and new tools.
  • Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing use of new marketing technologies and platforms.

Collaboration & Project Leadership

  • Act as a project coordinator between agents, office leadership, and internal creative/marketing teams.
  • Monitor engagement, adoption trends, and campaign performance to inform future initiatives.
  • Gather insights from the field and share actionable feedback with marketing, technology, and leadership teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps in agent knowledge and recommend training opportunities to drive stronger digital performance.
  • Translate high‑level brand strategy into clear, actionable steps agents can implement immediately.


🎓 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing, social media, or content creation experience
  • Strong understanding of key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Comfort with short‑form video creation and editing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—especially when training diverse audiences
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to follow‑through
  • A collaborative, service-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Ability to balance creativity and execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally to regional offices as needed

💼 Compensation & Benefits

Wage:

💰 $65,000–$83,000 annually (based on education and experience)
