💼 Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing and lead generation efforts. This individual will play a key role in expanding brand reach, increasing qualified leads, and enhancing the overall digital experience across multiple platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize website content through CMS (WordPress preferred)

• Oversee digital presence across platforms including Google, Apple Maps, and Waze

• Develop and analyze landing pages, blogs, and SEO-driven content

• Track and report on lead generation performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

• Lead email marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting

• Manage third-party digital vendors and strategic partnerships

• Ensure accuracy of all online listings and community information

• Support new community launches with targeted digital marketing plans

• Identify new marketing channels, audiences, and growth opportunities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Homebuilding or real estate marketing experience is a plus
