Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in the New York City metropolitan area (2 days/week in Manhattan).

The Digital Marketing Manager owns digital marketing execution across website, email, and digital channels. This role is responsible for turning campaigns into real, functioning digital experiences and ensuring they are effectively deployed, visible, and continuously improving.

You will execute campaigns, manage channel performance, track and interpret results, and translate insights into actions that improve effectiveness over time. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong understanding of how digital channels operate, and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

You will work closely with marketing leadership and the Content & Campaign Manager, who owns campaign and content development, to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and perform across channels.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution
  • Experience executing and optimizing campaigns across website, email, and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of how digital channels function and how to improve performance within each
  • Experience with analytics and performance tracking (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar)
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions
  • Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Shopify or similar
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support execution and workflow efficiency
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a lean, hands-on environment and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
