Our clients are primarily start-up and growing home service businesses—companies that need real lead flow, real customers, and real systems to scale.

We are not looking for someone to “run ads” or “post content.”
We are looking for someone who can generate demand across multiple channels, convert it, and drive measurable business outcomes.

That includes digital, web, and traditional channels (print, direct mail, local media)—whatever works.

What You’re Actually Responsible For

You will own growth outcomes across multiple channels, not just marketing activities.

1. Grow TradeBuilder HQ

  • Build and optimize multi-channel lead generation systems
  • Drive inbound pipeline through paid digital, organic, referral, and offline channels
  • Develop and test print, direct mail, and local marketing campaigns
  • Continuously improve cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates

2. Drive Results for Clients

You will work directly with business owners who expect results—often founders building from the ground up.

  • Launch and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LSA, Meta, etc.)
  • Develop web funnels, landing pages, and conversion systems
  • Plan and execute print campaigns, direct mail drops, and local advertising strategies
  • Track leads across channels: calls, forms, inbound, and offline attribution
  • Identify what’s working and scale it aggressively across early-stage and growth-phase businesses
  • Eliminate underperforming channels quickly

3. Build Systems That Scale

  • Create repeatable multi-channel marketing systems tailored to small and growing service businesses
  • Integrate web, digital, and offline marketing into unified growth strategies
  • Develop playbooks for lead generation, conversion, and retention
  • Improve tracking, reporting, and attribution across all channels
  • Turn fragmented efforts into predictable, scalable growth engines

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Experience with or strong understanding of offline channels (print, direct mail, local media)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and attribution
  • Ability to analyze performance across channels and make data-driven decisions

Preferred (High Signal)

  • Experience with home service or local service businesses
  • Experience working with start-up or early-stage companies
  • Experience integrating digital + offline campaigns into a unified strategy
  • Familiarity with call tracking, CRM systems, and multi-touch attribution
  • Demonstrated success scaling campaigns profitably across multiple channels
