Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead, plan, and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all digital channels, while optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize campaigns across channels including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising
- Plan and oversee content marketing initiatives (blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Lead SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic rankings and paid search performance
- Manage social media presence and engagement across relevant platforms
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for senior management
- Optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience managing teams or agencies
- Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
