Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager for Firestone Walker is responsible for executing and optimizing our digital presence across social, email, content, influencer, and paid channels. This role plays a key part in bringing brand campaigns to life across digital touchpoints and ensuring our content reaches the right audiences with impact.
This is a hands-on role for a creative and detail-oriented marketer who understands how to produce content that resonates, work with partners to extend reach, and use data to improve performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will partner closely with brand, creative, e-commerce, and our media agency to support integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Campaign Execution:
Translate brand briefs into clear digital plans, timelines, and deliverables
Support product launches, partnerships, and key marketing moments with coordinated digital execution
Content & Social Media Management:
Partner with creative teams to brief, develop, and deploy platform-appropriate content
Maintain and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal priorities
Monitor trends and recommend content ideas that align with brand voice and culture
Influencer & Seeding Support:
Assist in managing product seeding efforts to expand reach and brand visibility
Coordinate casting, briefs, timelines, and deliverables for influencer collaborations
Track performance and maintain organization of influencer programs
Paid Social Coordination:
Provide input on creative, audiences, and campaign objectives
Monitor performance and share feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
Ensure alignment between organic content and paid amplification
Email & CRM Execution:
Maintain email calendars tied to campaigns, promotions, and key moments
Support audience growth and engagement through owned channels
Community Management:
Help maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice
Support real-time engagement during events, launches, and cultural moments
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance
Share regular insights and recommendations to improve future execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Support digital needs tied to retail programs, events, and experiential activations
Support broader marketing initiatives and evolving business priorities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content roles within lifestyle, CPG, or culturally driven brands
Demonstrated success creating attention-grabbing media moments on Instagram and TikTok
Strong understanding of social platforms and digital content best practices
Experience executing email campaigns and working within CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or similar
Familiarity with influencer marketing and content partnerships
Experience managing multiple brands, voices, and calendars simultaneously
Experience working with or alongside media agencies on paid social campaigns
Proficiency in social and analytics tools such as Sprout, Later, or similar platforms
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Interest in culture, storytelling, and building brands that connect with consumers
Curious, adaptive, and energized by the ever-evolving social media landscape.
