We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead and scale our end-to-end digital marketing function. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion performance across multiple markets.
You will own the complete digital marketing ecosystem from strategy and execution to analytics and optimization while working closely with leadership, sales, product, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals

Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, content, and performance marketing

Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives across regional markets

Improve website and campaign conversion rates through CRO strategies and data-driven optimization

Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness

Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies, freelancers, and strategic partners

Build strong brand positioning, digital engagement, and thought leadership initiatives

Plan and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing), outreach campaigns, webinars, and event marketing activities

Monitor campaign performance, ROI, KPIs, and analytics to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and audience targeting
Requirements

6–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with startup or high-growth company exposure preferred

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console

Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, brand marketing, and customer acquisition

Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MOZ, Screaming Frog, Conductor, and similar platforms

Experience managing marketing budgets, campaign optimization, and vendor relationships

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions

Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools, automation workflows, and modern marketing technologies
