Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation.
SEO & Website Management
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Business Suite
- Looker Studio
- CRM systems
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Develop lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths.
- Implement remarketing and customer retention strategies.
- Improve customer acquisition cost and conversion rates.
Content & Social Media Support
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop campaign assets.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all digital channels.
- Support social media growth and engagement initiatives.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage digital marketing specialists, agencies, and freelancers.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, developers, and sales teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
