Digital Marketing Manager (Ads & SEO)

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Ads & SEO) to manage and scale our digital marketing efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing data-driven campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and strengthening our online brand presence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, cost efficiency, and ROI
• Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign scaling
• Track and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions)
• Implement and manage SEO strategies (basic on-page & off-page)
• Create and publish engaging content for website blogs and social media
• Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform update

Key Points:

• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram (Meta), and Google Ads
• Plan and execute performance marketing strategies to generate leads
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and improve ROI
• Handle SEO (on-page & off-page basics) for website growth
• Create and manage website/blog content
• Develop engaging content for social media posting and brand building
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion
• Stay updated with international digital marketing trends and standards

Our Requirement:

• Proven experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Creative mindset with content development skills
• Excellent English communication (speaking, writing, and listening)
• Understanding of global marketing standards

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 100,000 – 127,000
• Fuel Allowance: PKR 5,000/month
• Annual Leaves: 12 days
• Annual Increment: 10%
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Break Time: 45 minutes (lunch/dinner)
• Weekends Off
• All US Federal Holidays Off
