Digital Marketing Manager ( Arabic & English )

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Location: Sharjah.

Job Type: Full time – On-Site.

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategies, branding, positioning, managing content publishing and scheduling across platforms, generating performance reports, monitoring trends, and implementing strategic search engine optimization (SEO) and online reputation management (ORM) tactics.

Job Responsibilities:

ü Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

ü Generate leads through various media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Adwords, X, Tik Tok, etc.) with a strong focus on sale conversions.

ü Well-versed in Email Marketing, SEO & SEM.

ü Assist in the formulation of strategies a sales funnel design to drive performance of key metrics (ROI, CPA) and help set future KPIs for campaigns and tests.

ü Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.

ü Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and give recommendations to generate potential leads.

ü Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.

ü Able to generate marketing materials for lead generation campaigns.

ü Maintain an in-depth understanding of video and photography best practices and procedures.

Qualifications:

✔ A minimum of 6 years of digital marketing work experience in UAE is mandatory (portfolio links required in application).
✔ The ideal candidate will have a fluent command of the English language and native command of Arabic language.
✔ Solid knowledge and understanding of lead generation methods to achieve the target ROI.

✔ Must be Sharjah resident.
