Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

Department: MarketingLocation: Mayapuri, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce & Digital Marketing (Preference: B2B / HORECA / Industry-related exposure)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Final salary will be based on experience, skills & interview performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented and strategic Marketing Head who will take complete ownership of our E-commerce platforms, online selling, digital marketing, lead generation, and online brand growth.

The candidate will play a key role in expanding business across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Guest Houses, and Industrial segments, while driving online sales and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management

  • Expand online sales through our self-owned e-commerce website: EHORECA.in
  • Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other E-commerce portals
  • Optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, keywords, pricing)
  • Handle promotions, offers, ads, and portal dashboards
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch & order performance

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace Ads
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital channels
  • Develop performance-driven campaigns focused on ROI & conversions

Website & Online Presence

  • Manage company website (content, products, inquiries, SEO basics)
  • Improve website traffic, inquiry flow & conversion rate
  • Ensure consistency across all online platforms & listings

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Create digital strategies to increase sales in:
  • Hotels Clients
  • Restaurants Clients
  • Cafés Clients
  • Industrial Clients
  • Identify new online opportunities, platforms & marketing channels
  • Work closely with Sales & Management for growth planning

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs like leads, conversions, sales, ROAS & growth trends
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Suggest improvements and growth action plans

Leadership & Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, portals & internal teams
  • Guide junior marketing staff (if applicable)
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing, Sales & Management

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart & E-commerce portals
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Digital Marketing
  • SEO / SEM
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Paid Ads (Google & Meta)
  • Experience in Lead Generation & Online Sales
  • Website handling & online listings experience
  • Analytical mindset with performance-focused thinking
  • Good leadership, communication & coordination skills
