Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop strategies for SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing to improve online visibility.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and brand reach.
- Social Media Management
- Manage official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos).
- Respond to queries, comments, and maintain online reputation.
- Website & SEO
- Manage and update website content regularly.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
- Content Creation & Branding
- Coordinate with creative teams for digital content (banners, videos, infographics, newsletters).
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as lead generation, website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Develop and execute email campaigns for promotions, events, or patient education.
- Manage WhatsApp business campaigns while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to align digital campaigns with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to highlight achievements, events, and success stories online.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic skills in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro preferred).
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Creativity and adaptability to changing digital trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing/Google Ads/SEO preferred.
- Experience:
- Executive level: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Manager level: 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
