Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Ads Focus)

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can own and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role is hands-on — you won’t just manage strategy, you’ll actively run, optimize, and scale ads to drive real growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms (a plus)
  • Optimize campaigns daily for performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Write or oversee ad copy and creative direction
  • Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad dashboards, etc.)
  • Manage ad budgets and allocate spend efficiently
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Report on performance and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, or sales teams as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing paid ads with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (required)
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable managing budgets and scaling winning campaigns
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience in [e-commerce / SaaS / local services / B2B — customize]
  • Landing page or conversion rate optimization experience
  • Email or SMS marketing experience
  • Strong Digital Marketing background
