About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategising, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Ensure daily lead targets are met within the specified budget.
- Provide daily spend analysis reports and weekly campaign ROI reports.
- Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, including YouTube video campaigns.
- Promote YouTube videos through Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Regularly update, monitor, and optimise campaigns for improved reach and conversions.
- Add and manage funds for Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use GA4 for detailed campaign analysis and performance tracking.
- Conduct competitor audits and submit monthly performance reports.
- Submit leads and IVR reports periodically.
- SEO & Content Management
- Oversee SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking.
- Manage website backend submissions and regular updates.
- Ensure postings on all platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) are consistent and engaging.
- Create and manage daily posting link templates.
- Creative & Engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and videos.
- Manage WhatsApp broadcasting for marketing communication and lead nurturing.
- Drive audience engagement through innovative digital campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and performance campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Proficiency in GA4, SEO practices, GMB performance analysis, and digital reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle budgets, optimise campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
