JOB SUMMARY:
Our client—a diversified business group with active investments in real estate and property development—is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for our real estate and property development projects in Karachi and the UAE. This role demands a strong leader who can manage multiple campaigns and teams, drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and optimize ROI across digital channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the digital marketing function, managing a team, and aligning campaigns with the business objectives of residential, commercial, and luxury real estate developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for property projects across Karachi and UAE markets.
- Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, designers, and agencies to manage day-to-day execution.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and performance outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales, Creative, and Development teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of real estate trends, competitive activity, and digital innovation.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing, performance tracking, ROI and ROAS reporting.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all landing pages and ad funnels.
SEO & SEM:
- Drive on-page and off-page SEO to ensure top search rankings for relevant keywords.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website and content assets.
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword planning tools.
Social Media Marketing:
- Own and grow presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) tailored to target audiences in both markets.
- Oversee content calendars, post scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking.
Content & Email Marketing:
- Oversee content strategy including blog articles, videos, property showcases, and newsletters.
- Manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar for nurturing and re-targeting.
- Collaborate with creative and video teams for content production that resonates with real estate investors, homeowners, and commercial clients.
Website & UX Management:
- Oversee website performance, UX improvements, and lead capture mechanisms.
- Work with developers to implement landing pages, lead forms, and interactive features (e.g., virtual tours, maps, calculators).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop dashboards to track campaign KPIs, CPL, ROAS, traffic, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze data to inform future strategy and continuous improvement.
- Present monthly performance reports and insights to senior management.
CRM & Marketing Automation:
- Implement and manage CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead tracking and automation.
- Optimize lead funnels and segmentation for tailored communications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience in Karachi and UAE market or real estate sectors is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities; able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
