We are a fast-growing SaaS company providing POS software. We are looking for a results-driven digital marketer to generate qualified demo leads and help grow our sales pipeline.

Job Overview

The Demo Lead Generation Specialist will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality SaaS demo leads. The role requires expertise in digital channels, lead capture strategies, and CRM systems to ensure a steady flow of prospects for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, email marketing) to generate demo leads.

· Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs for lead capture.

  • Qualify leads before passing to sales to ensure high conversion potential.
  • Track and report on leads generated, demo bookings, and conversion metrics.
  • Use CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to manage leads and automate follow-ups.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.

· Collaborate with sales to refine targeting, messaging, and follow-up strategies.

  • Identify and explore new channels or tactics for lead generation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing or SaaS lead generation.
  • Strong skills with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM tools for tracking and nurturing leads.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience generating demo leads for SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) or targeted B2B campaigns.
