About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in the travel, tourism or ecommerce industry to lead our online marketing initiatives. The role focuses on driving direct bookings, lead generation, and brand visibility for tours, attractions, experiences, and travel services across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for tours, attractions, and travel products
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, TikTok)
- Drive direct bookings via website, landing pages, and booking engines
- Oversee SEO strategy for travel keywords and destination-based searches
- Lead social media marketing highlighting experiences and activities
- Analyze performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools
- Optimize conversion funnels, booking journeys, and retargeting
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies
- Manage marketing budgets and seasonal campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of digital marketing experience in travel/tourism, ecommerce or hospitality
- Strong experience in paid ads, lead generation, and booking-driven marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, OTAs, and booking engines
- Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Experience
- DMC, tour operator, attraction, or watersports background
- Knowledge of UAE and GCC travel markets
- Experience with seasonal demand planning and video-first content
