Role Objective
The incumbent will support in Content Management, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and manage the website content which entails creating, distributing, publishing. The job holder will cover the complete lifecycle of the pages on site, from incubation of information to structuring the webpages, the navigation, leads management protocols and archiving, and focus on indexing status and optimization/visibility for the website on search engines and more such as managing the Google Analytics console to track website interactions and to report website performance.
Also, the incumbent is in assigned to manage the auxiliary owned media vehicles which include the Intranet, E-Mail Marketing, Digital Signage, In App notification Systems and YouTube channel.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

Support in website optimization and on-site SEO Support, including but limited to adding target keyword / search phrase in the page URL, Title tag, Meta description tag, target phrase, Image alt text, optimize image with appropriate title tag, filename and adjust file size.

Ensure that the pages are mobile responsive.

Support in optimizing videos by including title and description.

Enhance the website structure to get indexed and ranked by search engines i.e. increase semantic relevance.

Ensure that the content is of high-quality, grammatical error free and adheres with the limits prescribed.

Build and submit sitemap to search engine through Google Search Console to get website content crawled and indexed.

Support in managing the web content within the technical framework of web content development and web content management to dominate the SERPs in the target markets where Doha Bank has retail operations or corporate presence.

Support in managing and maintaining the content for Doha Bank group websites such as Corporate, UAE, Kuwait, India, Green Banking, ECO-Schools websites using content management platforms such as WordPress / DotNetNuke.

Support the creation, management, distribution, and publishing of corporate information.

Assist in optimizing website content to rank highly in organic search results.

Support in development of blogs and integration of blogging tools, tagging, code emersions, Google remarketing, e-commerce tools integrations.
Educational Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Communications or Marketing from a recognized university.

Master’s degree in management any other related discipline.
Experience:
-
05-08 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.

Significant experience in Digital Marketing

Strong understanding of the global and local banking industry.

Proven track‐record of successful development & implementation of Digital Marketing projects.
