We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in healthcare and radiology marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation for our radiology/diagnostic imaging services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance (HIPAA and other guidelines).
Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies to promote radiology/imaging services (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.).
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and display ads).
Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads) to drive patient acquisition and physician referrals.
Create patient-friendly and physician-focused content (blogs, social posts, infographics, patient education materials).
Work with radiologists and clinical teams to simplify technical terms into easy-to-understand communication.
Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
Manage and optimize the organization’s website for healthcare SEO (service pages, doctor profiles, procedure details).
Improve website visibility in local searches (Google Business Profile, local SEO for clinics/centers).
Track, measure, and report campaign performance (Google Analytics, social insights, CRM dashboards).
Provide insights to improve patient acquisition cost (PAC), conversion rates, and ROI.
Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
Maintain sensitivity in patient-related communications (no misleading claims, use of testimonials, or privacy violations).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Healthcare Management, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in digital marketing for healthcare, hospitals, or diagnostics.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and healthcare content marketing.
Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA, and healthcare advertising guidelines.
Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/CRM, Canva/Adobe Suite.
Excellent communication skills (ability to simplify medical/radiology terms for patients).
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
