Digital Marketing/Admin/Receptionist Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

. Manage community interactions, comments, and messages to build brand engagement.

. Oversee updates and improvements to the company website.

. Handles the reception area and facility well.

· Attends and assists visitors and deliveries

· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

· Monitor and order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

· Keeping and maintaining records of all important company documents and admin accounts

· Manage Pre-qualifications and Material submittals for the client and keeping records of it

· Submitting daily, weekly & monthly Site Progress Report from site

· Preparing monthly summary report for Invoicing purposes

· Preparing summary for petty cash

· Preparing and sending quotations to the clients through email

· Preparing and organizing materials for the site and keeping daily records of in and out of materials

· Preparing all required documents to apply for gate pass and safety induction

· Monitoring important documents and coordinating to Accounts ahead of time if any documents is near expiry

· Assisting HR in preparing necessary documents and organizing the files for each employee.

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, scanning

Requirements & Skills

· SEO / SEM best practices

. Social media management tools

. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Customer service attitude

· Technical ability to use Microsoft Office
