Digital Marketing & Sales Administrator

Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Administrator to lead the marketing / sales process for two of our products. Managing social media pages, post contents, creating and running social and digital media ad campaigns, extracting and contacting leads, arranging meetings , in-bound / outbound calls, giving demos and managing ongoing customer queries and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Generate and manage quality leads.
  • Proactively follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or meetings to convert them into paying customers
  • Maintain and update CRM or lead management records
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, issues, and support calls
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the technical and product team to resolve client issues when required
  • Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain focus on achieving results.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, telesales, or client servicing .
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads and lead generation tools
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and online/in-person meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms.
