Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Oversee the integration of campaigns across channels, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, email, content, and social media
  • Develop tailored strategies for mobile app, mobile web, and desktop web channels to optimize user engagement and conversion. Ensure a seamless, cohesive experience across all platforms, aligning with customer behavior and trends
  • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns from inception to execution, tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on real-time data and insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Leverage analytics tools to analyze and report on key performance metrics, including website and app traffic, user engagement, and conversion. Provide regular, data-driven insights for continuous optimization and share actionable reports with senior management
  • A good technical understanding of code structures and site performance (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial for optimizing digital assets and collaborating with development teams
  • Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives, working with agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize keyword strategies, improve organic rankings, and ensure high visibility across search engines
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to create engaging content, aligning with brand voice and objectives. Plan, execute, and measure social media strategies to enhance community engagement and growth
  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment
  • Conduct regular market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and optimize our digital footprint
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate strategy, share campaign performance, and align digital initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Inspire, motivate, and empower the digital marketing team by fostering a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and accountability. Lead by example to create a culture of trust, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Act as a people-focused leader who can identify individual strengths, support professional growth, and nurture a team spirit that drives collective success
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset by taking initiative, anticipating challenges, and proposing solutions before issues arise. Show strong presence in meetings, being naturally inclined to speak up, contribute ideas, and drive discussions forward
  • Oversee the Social Commerce “Share-to-Earn / Paylaş-Kazan” initiatives: take ownership of system operations, ensure flawless functionality, manage reconciliations and partner alignments, and optimize processes to maximize engagement and revenue


What We Expect:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on channel strategies for mobile app, mobile web, and desktop web. Prior experience in a senior or leadership role is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, etc.) are a plus
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adjust) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads etc.)
  • Familiarity with DMPs (Data Management Platforms) and technical coding fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Insider, Segmentify) and familiarity with ecommerce infrastructures (e.g., SAP Commerce) is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engines, social platforms, display networks, email, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and develop talent while cultivating a positive, engaging work environment.
  • A natural leader with a proactive attitude, who thrives on taking the first step, confidently voicing perspectives in meetings, and inspiring others to contribute.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Good command of English and effective team collaboration abilities
