About the role
We are seeking a driven and organized Marketing Executive to support student admissions and manage marketing operations. The role primarily involves coordinating digital marketing activities with external agencies, monitoring lead flow, and planning & executing college seminars across Maharashtra.
This is an execution + coordination role focused on lead generation, seminar outreach, and admissions support.
Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing, Social Media & Content Creation
- Coordinate with SEO & Meta Ads vendors to align campaigns with institute goals and monitor performance.
- Manage daily social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Alumni Platform, and Google Business.
- Create engaging content (shooting videos, student interviews, classroom clips, reels, basic editing, captions, etc.).
- Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with designers/vendors for creatives, brochures, and posts.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, messages, comments, reviews, and community questions.
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand tone and ensure strong student engagement and online reputation.
2. College Outreach & Seminar Execution
- Plan, schedule, and execute seminars at engineering and diploma colleges across Maharashtra.
- Accompany trainers who will deliver presentations to students and represent SIT professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells and college management.
- Create a structured pipeline of college tie-ups and regular seminar visits.
4. Alumni Association Coordination
- Ensure all enrolled students are registered on the SITIANS Alumni Platform.
- Plan and coordinate Alumni engagement events from time to time.
- Arrange guest lectures, workshops, and industry interaction sessions for alumni.
- Post regular updates, news, and relevant content on the Alumni Portal to keep the community active and engaged.
Location & Commitments
- Working Hours – Monday to Saturday (8am to 4:30pm) OR (10am to 6:30pm)
- Candidate requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education/training or service industry.
- Experience in social media management and coordinating with digital marketing agencies.
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills for college visits and student interactions.
- Good organizational and planning skills to manage seminar schedules and events. Professional, confident, and student-friendly personality.
- Result-driven with ability to meet enrollment and outreach targets.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for seminars (travel expenses will be covered).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
