Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist (B2B)

Role Summary
Own our digital and social growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube/Shorts, and TikTok. Plan campaigns, create content, run paid ads, and report on performance to drive qualified leads and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the social media strategy: content calendar, posting, community management, and rapid responses.
• Produce spot-on content (short-form video, carousels, case studies, reels) with clear CTAs; manage creators/agencies when needed.
• Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta/Google): targeting, creatives, landing pages, budgets, and ongoing optimization for CPL/ROAS.
• Drive website & CRO: A/B test headlines/forms, improve LP conversion, manage basic updates (WordPress/Webflow).
• Manage email/newsletters & automation (HubSpot/Zoho/Mailchimp); segment lists and build nurture flows.
• Own analytics & reporting: GA4, Search Console, and dashboards; track CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL and recommend actions.
• Maintain clean UTM/GTM tracking and ensure CRM sync with Sales for tight feedback loops.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in B2B digital & social with measurable growth results.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn (must), Meta/Instagram, basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere), Canva/Figma.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn/Meta/Google Ads, GA4/GTM, landing-page optimization, and copywriting.
• Excellent English; strong storytelling and visual sense.
• Nice to have: Ahrefs/SEMrush, Webflow/WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, AEC/BIM/tech-services exposure.

Success Metrics (customize)

• MoM growth: followers +10–15%, engagement rate ≥5%.
• Landing page CVR +25% in 90 days; CPL within target.
• Email: OR ≥30%, CTR ≥4%.
• Pipeline impact: MQLs and SQLs up QoQ; CAC on target.
