We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and take charge of digital growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to track ROI and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Identify new growth opportunities and trends in digital marketing to drive better performance.
• Track website and campaign analytics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and competitors’ marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing (preferably in an e-commerce or startup environment).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Good understanding of conversion funnels and online consumer behavior.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Creative mindset with a focus on performance-driven outcomes.
