We are now looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure consistent branding.
• Create engaging visual and written content for online platforms.
• Work confidently behind and in front of the camera for marketing content.
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in preparing marketing reports.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in digital and social media marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support branding and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with own visa (mandatory).
• Must be comfortable and confident in front of the camera (for social media videos and marketing content).
• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Knowledge of other tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or Google Analytics.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car are an advantage.
• Russian or Arabic language skills are a plus.
