Role Overview

We are now expanding our digital footprint and seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities for the IKRAFT brand.
This includes social media management, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, email marketing, analytics tracking, and brand reputation management.

This is not a content-only role — the candidate should be able to strategize, execute, analyze, and report results across multiple channels & generate measurable results through online platforms

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (Twitter).
  • Conceptualize and produce reels, videos, and visual stories relevant to interior design and architecture trends.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, manage DMs, and handle reputation management.

2. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and quality lead generation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align ad campaigns with business objectives.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website pages, and improve organic ranking.
  • Collaborate with developers or designers to improve on-page SEO and site performance.
  • Monitor analytics through Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Create backlinks, manage citations, and track local SEO performance.

4. Content & Email Marketing

  • Draft marketing emails, newsletters, and drip campaigns for leads and clients.
  • Write blogs, case studies, and project updates to build credibility and drive website traffic.
  • Coordinate with photographers and project teams to source quality visuals for marketing use.

5. Analytics, Research & Reporting

  • Measure key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, bounce rate, conversions, etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Suggest actionable insights for improving marketing efficiency.

6. Additional Responsibilities

  • Oversee online reputation management (ORM) — handle reviews and brand mentions.
  • Research new tools, platforms, and trends to keep IKRAFT digitally ahead.
  • Support in brochure design, presentation decks, and event marketing as required.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when needed.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO.
  • Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media strategy.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google & Meta).
  • Proficiency with tools like:
  • Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to travel occasionally to project sites for content creation (photos/videos).

Preferred / Desirable Skills

  • Certification in Google Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva Pro).
  • Understanding of Interior Design or Real Estate industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of CRM / Lead Management Systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience in marketing automation tools and remarketing campaigns.

Job Type & Working Conditions

  • Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
  • Timings: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
  • Experience Required: 1–3 years (relevant industry preferred)
  • Language Requirement: English (mandatory), Telugu/Hindi (preferred)
  • Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience & expertise

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office (on-site).
  • Must have a portfolio of previous campaigns or business pages handled.
  • Should be open to travel for photo/video content creation.

Disqualifiers

Candidates with only internship experience or looking for remote/freelance work will not be considered.
Applicants must have practical, hands-on experience managing campaigns and SEO.
