Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist
Digital Marketing:
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like [e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc. Create engaging content, schedule posts, monitor performance, and interact with the audience.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences. Manage subscriber lists and analyze campaign performance.
- Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Ensure content is fresh, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Content Creation: Write compelling copy for social media posts, website pages, blog articles, and email campaigns.
- SEO/SEM: Implement basic search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and assist in managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc. Provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
Graphic Design:
- Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity across all digital and print materials.
- Digital Content: Design a wide range of visual assets for digital platforms, including:
- Social media graphics (posts, stories, ads)
- Website banners and landing page graphics
- Email marketing templates
- Infographics and data visualizations
- Blog and article headers
- Marketing Materials: Create engaging marketing materials such as digital brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Create short videos, GIFs, and simple motion graphics for social media and website use.
- Ad Creative: Design eye-catching and effective visual creative for digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
