Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in media buying and campaign management. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns that drive awareness of our Academy, attract participants to our training programs, and support our mission of developing the next generation of retail professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage media buying across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROI, generate high-quality leads, and increase program enrollments.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with our Creative Content team to deliver impactful, well-aligned campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, particularly in the education, training, and retail sectors.
  • Work closely with Academy trainers and program managers to align campaigns with upcoming workshops and certifications.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and achieving ROI targets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to handle budgets and performance reporting.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Experience in education, training, or retail marketing is a strong advantage.
