Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistOverview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, content, affiliate, etc.).
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns for ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and oversee SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, including automation and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in content marketing, email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
