About the Role

Join our multi-location dental group as the Google Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for all Google Ads campaigns, exclusively in Spanish, targeting implants and braces for Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. You will also respond to inbound patient inquiries, maintain our Wix website, and help manage reviews. This is a high-ownership, growth-driven role focused on Texas's Spanish-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities

-Sole ownership of Spanish-language Google Ads campaigns for dental implants and braces in Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas

-Daily management of PPC: market/keyword research, creative, split testing, campaign optimization, result tracking

-Respond promptly to patient leads and messages in Spanish (or coordinate seamlessly with Spanish-speaking team/staff)

-Maintain and update content on five Wix-powered web properties for campaign accuracy and performance

-Monitor and help manage reviews (Google, Yelp), with special attention to the Spanish-speaking community

Requirements

-2+ years managing Google Ads, preferably for Spanish-language or multicultural audiences

-Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken); OR, if not fluent, must have demonstrated experience collaborating closely with Spanish-speaking staff and effectively engaging Hispanic audiences

-Track record in PPC for dental or similar services—portfolio/case studies required

-Strong web, lead response, and digital communication skills

-Familiarity with Wix and multi-location digital campaigns preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $60,000/year

Performance bonus: 5% of net new patient revenue from Spanish-language Google Ads (above baseline)
