Digital Marketing Specialist

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
  • SEO & Website Management
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement through analytics tools.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and schedule posts.
  • Track performance and increase audience reach & engagement.
  • Content & Email Marketing
  • Assist in creating blogs, newsletters, and promotional email campaigns.
  • Develop marketing content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to analyze performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Market & Competitor Research
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for brand promotion.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
