Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
- SEO & Website Management
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement through analytics tools.
- Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and schedule posts.
- Track performance and increase audience reach & engagement.
- Content & Email Marketing
- Assist in creating blogs, newsletters, and promotional email campaigns.
- Develop marketing content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to analyze performance.
- Prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements based on data.
- Market & Competitor Research
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Suggest innovative ideas for brand promotion.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).
