We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, with a focus on the health care sector. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital ad strategy, campaign execution, and data analysis, with the ability to drive measurable results that support health care services and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize ads for performance and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads (required).
- 2–4 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tracking tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Proficiency in writing ad copy and testing various formats.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategies tailored for health care audiences.
- Create and manage engaging content to increase awareness and trust in health care services.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
