Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Partner with content, design, and product teams to create high-impact creatives and landing pages aligned with learner personas.
  • Own and manage the paid media budget, optimizing toward key KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Execute A/B tests on ad formats, messaging, and audience targeting to drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance daily using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign data, deliver weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably within the education sector or at an agency serving education clients.
